The first stretch of coast, which extends to Cala di Gesso, is lined with villas and terraced houses almost hidden by the vegetation, from which some sidewalks lead to the beach. Further along Monte Argentario, the coast becomes increasingly inaccessible and it becomes difficult to reach the beach from the land. On the other hand, if you are traveling by boat, you can enjoy these bays that are usually not crowded.
How to get there: at km 5 + 900 of Via Panoramica (provincial road SP 65) from Porto Santo Stefano, turn right onto a paved road (like Cala del Bove). After a short distance (about 350 m) you will come to a gate: from here, a quite demanding footpath leads to the beach in 15 minutes.
