The wines, the "grappa" and the olive oil are produced from our every day work, from experience and entrepreneural organization of Podere Castellaccia. In this Farm - where tradition and growing tecniques match the good maremman ground climate, and where quality is most important than quantity - are produced grapes for wine and olives for oil. Quality always walks together with taste; flavours and scents are intented as historical values of Maremma; Morellino di Scansano is made according to these values.; it is produced in our farm from vites as Sangiovese, Ciliegiolo, Canaiolo and Malvasia Nera . Besides, the Extra-virgin Olive Oil is madefrom local olives varieties: Frantoio, Leccino and Moraiolo. You can taste these products in the cellar with the producer.
